How do I place an order?

To place an order:

Finish adding everything you want to your cart.

You can choose to pay directly on the site or via PayPal.

If you want to pay on the site, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

If you want to pay with PayPal, click the PayPal button.

You will arrive at our "Customer Information" page. You will be asked for:

Your email address

Your name

Your address

If you have a valid promo code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Don't forget to click "Apply" to ensure the discount is applied.

Next, click "Continue to Shipping Method." Carefully check your shipping address (if it differs from your billing address). Once everything looks correct, click "Continue on to Payment Method."

You will need to enter your payment information. You can indicate that your shipping and billing addresses are the same, if that is the case.

Once the form is filled out, click "Complete Order." You will see an order summary on your screen, and you will receive a confirmation via email.

What should I do if items are missing from or incorrect in my order?

For missing items or items received in error, please contact us at service@caluckspecial.com. Provide us with your order number (Order #) and proof (a photo under 1 MB). We will reship the correct item to you at no additional cost, and we will not ask you to return the incorrect item. You can keep it—it's on us!

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the details of your purchase.

I want to change an item I ordered. How do I do that? You can modify your order before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day you place it. Contact us at service@caluckspecial.com to request a modification.

How do I add items to my cart?

Go to the page of the item you are interested in, select your options, and then click "Add to Cart." You will be redirected to your shopping cart.

Enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity:" field next to the product image. After that, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view the contents of my cart?

Click on the cart icon at the top of the page. Once inside, you can adjust the quantity of each item or remove an item by clicking "Remove" located below the quantity field.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner. Locate the item you wish to remove and click "Remove" below the quantity field. The item will be automatically removed, and the page will refresh.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner. Go to the "Quantity" field for the specific item and enter the new quantity. The price and quantity totals will update automatically on the right side of the screen.

Which web browsers are recommended?

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the four major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I pay with PayPal?

This is the simplest method. Once your cart is ready, click "PayPal." You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please ensure you enter your details correctly for a quick and hassle-free checkout experience.

How do I use a promo code? Select your item and click the green "Checkout" button.

You will be taken to the "Customer Information" page; fill in the requested details.

You will see a "Discount" field in the top right corner.

Enter your promo code and click "Apply." Verify that the discount appears correctly in your order summary.

What is your return and exchange policy?
