When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes between 10 and 20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and your location. We apologize in advance: delays may occur if the order is subject to customs clearance or inspection, or due to unforeseen shipping issues.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship worldwide. However, if your country is not covered by our shipping network, we will notify you immediately and adjust your order as necessary. For more information regarding the countries we serve, please contact us at service@caluckspecial.com.

How can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are only possible on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM (Pacific Time, UTC -7). You can contact us at service@caluckspecial.com to request a change.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from the one linked to my credit card?

Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during standard business days, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Some products are shipped directly from our local warehouses, while the remainder are manufactured and shipped directly from our own facilities located in France.
