PURCHASE TERMS (Last updated: June 2021)

These Purchase Terms apply when you purchase products or services via service@caluckspecial.com (the "Sites"). The Sites are operated by service@caluckspecial.com (the "Company"). Your use of the Sites and these terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of this document.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before purchasing or using anything on the Sites. By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to these terms, including, without exception, the arbitration clause and the class action waiver described in the "Dispute Resolution" section below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These terms constitute a valid agreement between you and us. You represent that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age; (2) you are of legal age to enter into a contract; and (3) you are not a person barred from receiving our services under applicable law.

You must purchase and use our products/services in strict compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for complying with the laws in your country, including those of the place of delivery. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and us may be recorded.

The Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and processing of your personal data is available at service@caluckspecial.com.

You agree that any personal information we obtain about you (via the Sites, email, telephone, or otherwise) may be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with this policy. We may update it at any time. Changes will be posted on service@caluckspecial.com. Your continued use of the Sites following such changes constitutes your acceptance of them. PURCHASES

Order Processing

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel your order under certain circumstances (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed appropriate). We may also verify your identity in order to process your order. If we do not fulfill or if we cancel an order, we will not charge you, or we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to: (i) withdraw any offer; (ii) correct any error or omission; and (iii) modify prices, content, offers, or product descriptions without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions; however, we do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product or service does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it, as outlined in these Terms.

The Sites may offer a "Quick View" feature for products (displaying price, allowing addition to cart without opening the full product page). This feature is provided solely for your convenience. The full product page contains detailed information (origin, specifications, pricing, etc.).

Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, we cannot rule out the possibility of pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you via email. We may also correct any errors regarding the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Product and Service Availability

The Sites may indicate the availability of products. The estimated delivery date to your address is approximately 30 days or less following successful payment; however, this timeframe is subject to change (due to stock shortages, adverse weather conditions, shipping delays, address issues, etc.). We cannot guarantee that a product marked "in stock" will ship immediately, as inventory levels fluctuate rapidly. In rare instances, a product may appear to be in stock at the time of ordering but become unavailable during the order processing stage. Should this occur, we will notify you via email. Out-of-stock services are generally no longer available. If we determine that a product is no longer available, we will cancel it from your order, notify you by email, and remove it from the Site.

Exclusions and Additional Obligations

In addition to the general exclusions set forth in the Terms of Use regarding products/services purchased on the Site: (a) they may not include a manufacturer's warranty (even if the same product sold elsewhere includes one); (b) they may not include support or after-sales service; (c) manuals, instructions, or safety warnings may not be in your language or in the language of the destination country; (d) they may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, or labeling requirements of your country; and (e) they may not conform to the voltage or electrical standards of your country (requiring the use of an adapter). It is your responsibility—and you agree—to verify that the product meets your needs and can be legally imported into your country.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the country of delivery, including, without limitation, sales taxes, use taxes, VAT, or customs duties.
